Mainline Photographics was established in 1970 as a specialty photographic store.
It is still a family owned and operated business.
We have achieved a very high standing in the trade both with our customers and suppliers.
Recently we were presented with the prestigious Camera magazine product of the year 2012 for the best selling Sirui TX series carbon fibre tripods.

Directions by car:
Our showroom is approximately 10-12 minutes travel North from
the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
We are located on the: 2nd floor 68 Alexander Street Crows Nest. There is plenty of timed street parking nearby.
We are a 10-12 minute walk via the Pacific Highway from St Leonard's Railway Station.
By bus from the Sydney CBD: From Wynyard Route 273,
from Queen Victoria Building Routes 287, 288 and 289 all these routes pass through Crows Nest
and stop either at Burlington Street or the Pacific Highway at Crows Nest.

Background: Specialist in wildlife, event photography from large format film to digital. Personal photographer for Sydney Lord Mayor.
Rene ( product manager)
Background: Ex Software developer and manager for several major multinational telecoms, Digital Panoramic landscape photographer and teacher.
Phil ( Leica and Vintage camera expert)
Background: Ex Leica Microscope manager and much more, probably Australia's foremost expert in Leica cameras especially vintage ones.
David ( dispatch manager)
Background: Once drummer for a famous Heavy metal band Dave is a master of anything musical. Awesome packer. He makes sure everything runs smoothly at the back end ... ah so to speak.
