Important Information about Shipping & Ordering from Mainline Photographics Pty Ltd

Shipping

All our items are shipped by either Australia Post, Fastway Couriers or Startrack couriers. Our standar shipping is via Australia Post eParcel with signature upon delivery.

We can ship to either a street address or post office box. Customers may choose between standard Australia Post regular or express post during order check out. 
This gives both you and Mainline Photographics a tracking number and peace of mind.
Alternatively customers may choose to pick up their items at our store at no extra charge. Unpaid in-store pick up items will be reserved for a maximum of 7 days before being returned to stock.

All shipping items include insurance.

Ordering

We offer an easy to use and secure online ordering system.

Choose the item you wish to order and add them to your shopping cart. Quanitities may be adjusted in the shopping cart. You can either continue shopping or proceed to the check out.

Note we will normally ship your order within one working day.

Returns

We also offer our internet customers a 14 day evaluation period any item ordered online.
If you are not satisfied with any new or used item simply contact us in order to arrange a returned material auhorisation (RMA) for a full refund.
Return postage or delivery costs are at the buyers expense.

 We accept the following methods of online payment:

  • Credit card & PayPal. We accept American Express, MasterCard & Visacard which are processed securely via PayPal.

Repairs
Mainline Photographics provides a skilled repair service specialising in classic cameras and other equipment,

including medium & large format.

Pricing and Warranty

All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include the correct amount of GST.
Export orders do not attract GST.

All new equipment purchased in Australia from either Mainline Photographics or an authorised stockist carries full warranty.

On the rare occasion that service is required, you will need to present proof of purchase.

We regret that without this document we are unable to carry out repairs free of charge.

Used equipment is covered by a three month (90 days) warranty.

We also offer a 14 day look see period to enable you to evaluate any used item ordered online.

If you are not satisfied with any used item simply contact us in order to arrange a returned material auhorisation (RMA) and full refund.
