Important Ordering Information

We offer an easy to use online
ordering system for an ever increasing number of our products. Using this secure
online service is simple.
Select the product store from the list on the left of
the page and proceed form there.
Just select the item or items you wish to order and add them
to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping and all the items will be
added to the cart ready for check out.
Sound just like the supermarket doesn't it? Well it is equally simple. Note we
will normally ship
goods within 24 hours of receipt of your
order and we will not debit your card until the goods are ready for despatch.

are shipped by Express Post, Fastway Couriers or Australian Air Express couriers. All items include insurance.
Pricing and Warranty All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include the correct amount of
GST as stipulated by the Australian Taxation Office.
All new equipment purchased in Australia from either Mainline Photographics or an authorised dealer caries full warranty and guarantee cards are normally supplied.
On the rare occasion that service is required, you will need this or the original purchase docket. The original (not a photocopy) must accompany any item returned for warranty repairs or replacement. We regret that without this document we are unable to carry out repairs free of charge. Used equipment is covered by a three month (90 days) warranty. We also offer a 14 day look see period to enable you to evaluate any item ordered online. If you are not satisfied with any used item simply return it in perfect condition for a full refund. Return postage or delivery costs are at the buyers expense.
