VOIGTLANDER, NOVOFLEX & HELIOPAN
Our Mainline Photographics technician is factory trained in warranty repairs on Novoflex, Heliopan and Voigtlander products.
We have access to spare parts for all items we sell, plus we have a no hassle approach to service as we want you our customer to be HAPPY.
If in the rare event your item needs to go to the factory for service turnaround times are as short as possible.
Mainlinephoto offers a 3 YEAR AUSTRALIAN WARRANTY on all Voigtlander, Novoflex and Heliopan products purchased through us.
We are unable to offer warranty service or parts on any Grey market Voigtlander, Novoflex or Heliopan products.
As we no longer offer parts or service for Linhof cameras please contact LAFLEX in the US for service and spare parts.

SERVICE & WARRANTY REPAIRS
Mainlinephoto has two retired film camera era technicians working for us Hans & Russ between them they over 70 years experience
in Film camera service. We do not charge of a quote or a repair that cannot be done.
Dropping off to our showroom can be done during business hours 10-4 Mon - Fri.
Tips for sending your equipment for service or warranty repairs:
- Remove any accessories and media from the camera,
- Record the serial number,
- Wrap the equipment in bubble wrap or other protective material,
- Pack in a carton with enough room for at least a couple of centimetres of soft packing material around the equipment,
- Include paper work with your name, contact number, return postal address and a clear description of the problem and service requirements.
- We recommend the Australia Post Express Post service with tracking and optional insurance.
- Email us when sending so that we know to look out for your package. We will confirm receipt.
- Upon completion of your repair we will send you an invoice for Payment via Paypal. Or you can call and pay over the phone.
- Turnaround time is currently 2-3 weeks.
Mainline Photographics charges a return shipping fee of $15:00 for the return via Australia Post Eparcel Post service or Express post is $27.50.
Both services come with tracking and signature on delivery.
Optional insurance is available at cost.
