Important Information about Shipping & Ordering from Mainline Photographics Pty Ltd



All our items are shipped by STAR TRACK with Tracking, signature on delivery and FREE INSURANCE. When your item ships you will get a tracking number emailed to you. 

International buyers please note most of our items are not available for international delivery due to our distribution contracts. If unsure contact us.


We offer secure Credit Card Payment with the industry leading online processor Stripe.

Or you can pay by Paypal Express checkout. 

We also accept Zippay.

Our checkout is secure and quick to use.

We also accept the following methods of offline payment:

We can ship to either a street address or post office box.

Alternatively customers may choose to pick up their items from Discount Digital Photographics at no extra charge.





We also offer our all customers a 30 day evaluation period on new items ( excluding special orders) and 14 days on used items. 
If you are not satisfied with any new or used item simply contact us in order to arrange a returned material authorisation (RMA) for a full refund.
Return postage or delivery costs are at the buyers expense.

Pricing and Warranty

All our prices are in Australian Dollars and include the correct amount of GST.
Export orders do not attract GST.

All new Voigtlander, or Heliopan products purchased in Australia from Mainline Photographics carries OUR 3 YEAR EXTENDED AUSTRALIAN warranty.

On the rare occasion that service is required, you will need to present proof of purchase.

We regret that without this document we are unable to carry out repairs free of charge.


We also offer a 30 day look see period to enable you to evaluate any used item ordered online. Except used equipment which has a return period of 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with any used item simply contact us in order to arrange a returned material auhorisation (RMA) and full refund.
