No need to be Sad like Marley... when he realised our van wouldn't start!
At Mainline Photo, we offer all Voigtländer customers a 3 Year Australian Replacement Warranty on products purchased through us.
We will keep you shooting those awesome images in no time.
You have two simple options if you need to return your lens:
30-Day Return for Refund
Return your lens within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
It must be returned to us with the undamaged box, all internal packaging and the free filter with it's packaging also.
We will check and test all lenses returned to us for any signs of damage.
Please email us for further instructions on how to return a lens and to get an RMA.
Warranty Replacement*
If your lens develops a manufacturing fault under the 3 Year Replacement Warranty, we will replace it with a brand new item.
If by chance your lens is no longer availble we will offer you a full refund or a repair.
Include your invoice or order number, a clear description of the issue, and package it securely boxed with protective wrapping.
* Proof of purchase will be required.
Shipping Recommendations:
We recommend using Australia Post Express Post with signtaure on delivery + tracking and optional insurance.
Email us: when sending your lens so we know it is on the way and confirm receipt.
