What's an Open box or Demo item?
We get asked this a lot so here is an explanation.
Open Box means the product has been opened and displayed in our showroom. Item is in MINT CONDITION & UNMARKED. It comes with full warranty and is usually boxed with the original inclusions. Sometimes we might not have the original box and inclusions. These items have never left our Showroom.
Ex Demo means the product has been used as a demonstrator by one of our Staff, Ambassadors or Reviewers. Again usually these items are in as New Condition and carry full warranty. It comes with full warranty and is usually boxed with the original inclusions. Sometimes we might not have the original box and inclusions. They have just enjoyed some time outside.
