Description
The D35mm f/2 Macro Apo-Ultron Lens for Nikon Z Mount by Voigtlander has a maximum aperture of f/2, an exceptionally large aperture for a macro lens, yet it remains compact in size. This special manual focus method enables the lens to shorten the lens extension, compared to the method of extending the entire optical system, while at the same time ensuring stable image quality at both long distance and extremely close-up.
This all-metal design combines a beautiful appearance, reminiscent of the past, with functionality that enhances manual operation. The all-metal helicoid ring provides a silky smooth focusing feel. In addition to the shallow focusing effect of close-up photography, the large bokeh effect is characteristic of large-aperture macro photography and expands the possibilities for creative photographs.
This lens is recommended not only for macro photography, but also for table photography, portraits, and landscapes, as it offers image quality that can be used with confidence regardless of the distance to the subject. A compact, straight-type dedicated screw-in hood is included.
